Type of project:
Landscape masterplan

Landscape masterplan for a summer camp and conference venue on a beautiful hillside site in Argolida.

Creating a new 'plateia' as the heart of the village, linking the various activities and arranging access, parking, conference hall, dining, kitchen, reception, service areas, and accommodation within existing olive groves and grazing.

The site is planned to enable visitors to experience a happy and healthy lifestyle while living within their One World limit - that is while using only their fair share of the resources which can be sustainably managed on the planet (at current rates, we would need the resources of three planet Earths).

The plans include management of the natural landscape, use of recycled and renewable building materials, renewable energy sources, recycling, composting, food production and growing herbs for aromatic oils.
